All In Meals Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Timing

All delivery dates and estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may occur at any time during the selected delivery day. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, route changes, order volume, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond All In Meals' control.

2. Safe Delivery & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and accurate delivery location.

Each customer's first delivery includes a complimentary insulated delivery bag and reusable ice packs. For all future deliveries, if the customer will not be available to promptly retrieve their order upon delivery, the customer is responsible for placing the insulated delivery bag with adequately frozen ice packs at the designated delivery location before the scheduled delivery.

If an insulated bag and frozen ice packs are not provided, All In Meals may deliver the order in standard packaging at its discretion.

3. Subscription Orders & Order Cutoff

Subscription orders are processed based on the customer's selections, delivery preferences, and subscription status at the applicable order cutoff.

Changes made after the cutoff will apply to the next scheduled order.

If a subscription is canceled after the applicable cutoff, the current order has already entered production and is not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.

Customers are responsible for completing their meal selections before the applicable cutoff. If no selections are made, All In Meals may fulfill the order using previous selections, recommended meals, or other available menu items.

4. Contactless Delivery

All deliveries are contactless unless otherwise specified by All In Meals. Customers are not required to be present for delivery.

5. Completion of Delivery & Transfer of Responsibility

Delivery is considered complete once the order has been delivered to the delivery address or designated delivery location provided by the customer and delivery confirmation has been recorded, including a delivery photograph when available.

Upon completion of delivery, responsibility for the order—including meal storage, food temperature, security, and proper handling—transfers entirely to the customer.

6. Food Safety & Perishable Products

All In Meals prepares, stores, transports, and delivers meals under refrigerated conditions in accordance with applicable food safety standards while the meals remain in our possession.

Once delivery has been completed, All In Meals cannot control environmental conditions, including but not limited to outdoor temperature, weather, sunlight, customer-provided insulated bags or ice packs, theft, tampering, animals, relocation of the order, or the amount of time before the order is retrieved. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving and refrigerating all meals after delivery.

All In Meals is not responsible for spoilage, food quality, or temperature changes occurring after delivery has been completed. If a customer believes a meal has been exposed to unsafe temperatures after delivery, the meal should be discarded and not consumed.

7. Delivery Temperature

Meals are delivered refrigerated.

Because meal temperature after delivery depends on factors outside of All In Meals' control—including ambient temperature, weather conditions, retrieval time, and whether the customer has provided the insulated delivery bag with adequately frozen ice packs—All In Meals does not guarantee that meals will remain at any specific temperature after delivery has been completed.

8. Delivery Instructions & Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and accessible delivery information.

All In Meals is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional delivery attempts, or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, inaccurate delivery instructions, gated communities, inaccessible locations, or other customer-provided information.

9. Failed Deliveries

Orders that cannot be delivered due to customer error, inaccessible property, unsafe conditions, incorrect delivery information, lack of access, or failure to provide a safe delivery location are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or complimentary replacement deliveries.

10. Replacement Orders & Courtesy Deliveries

Any replacement order, redelivery, credit, or other accommodation provided by All In Meals is offered solely as a customer service courtesy and at All In Meals' sole discretion.

Providing such accommodations does not create any ongoing obligation or modify these Terms & Conditions.

11. Loss, Theft, or Damage After Delivery

Once delivery has been completed, All In Meals is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, tampered with, or missing orders or for damage caused by weather, animals, third parties, or other events occurring after delivery.

12. Pickup Orders

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for retrieving their meals promptly. Meals not collected within six (6) days of the scheduled pickup date may be discarded without notice.

All In Meals is not responsible for food quality, spoilage, or product condition resulting from delayed pickup.

13. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Meals are perishable and require refrigeration.
• It is the customer's responsibility to promptly retrieve and refrigerate meals after delivery.
• For future unattended deliveries, the customer is responsible for placing the provided insulated delivery bag with adequately frozen ice packs at the designated delivery location before delivery if they wish to help maintain refrigerated temperatures after delivery.
• Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer immediately upon completed delivery.
• All In Meals cannot control conditions after delivery and is not responsible for food temperature, spoilage, or product condition occurring after delivery has been completed.
